Speeding tickets are a shakedown!

Everyone's seen the speed traps that have sprung up all over Tucson. Motorcycle cops and unmarked cruisers ticketing hardworking residents on their way to work. Taxes? Don't call it that because what we have here is plain and simple: cops ticketing people to pay their own salaries. Law and order my ass: Write a ticket to collect the money to pay the cops their overtime so that they can write a ticket.... Goes on and on, and nobody is safer than before.
